Community Center Reservations

The City of Norcross is pleased to provide a facility for our citizens and friends that is affordable, convenient and a uniquely attractive space for their events. The Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center has a suite of four meeting rooms that are available for rental, and a banquet room with caterer’s kitchen. The facility is wheelchair accessible.

If you would like to tour the facility, we encourage you to call ahead to book an appointment to ensure there isn't an event happening that day.  Drop-ins will be accommodated when at all possible.

Please view the policies and procedures prior to making a reservation. All events must take place during operating hours.

Classrooms

There are three (3) classrooms available at the Cultural Arts and Community Center, each of which can accommodate up to 25 people. Each classroom is arranged in a unique fashion. Our staff can assist you in selecting the best option to suit your needs.

Summerour Conference Room

The conference suite at the Cultural Arts and Community Center can seat up to 15 people and comes with access to a kitchenette and private bathroom.

Ballroom 6

Ballroom/Banquet Room

The Banquet Room, also called the Ballroom, is the largest event space available in the Cultural Arts and Community Center. It can accommodate 120 people for a dinner occasion at its round tables and 165 with theater seating. Tables and chairs are provided with rental. Linens are not provided.

* A $100 cleaning and damage deposit is required when renting the ballroom and is refundable upon satisfactory inspection. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $125 is required for the first hour of rental on Saturdays and Sundays.
